• How long does it take to get my order?
If your application for a prescription is accepted without the need for follow up questions, you will then have a number of shipping options to select from. Generally we offer 1-2 day shipping, but people are encouraged to choose next day shipping. Our pharmacy prefers to have all medications in and out of transit as quickly as possible.
We ship Internationally. There is an extra fee associated with all international orders. For a list of countries that we ship to, click here.
Our pharmacy ships orders Monday – Friday between 9 am and 5pm. If you place an order on the weekend or after 2pm on Friday it will not be processed until the following Monday.
Yes, we can ship to both. To ship to Po boxes we can use either Airborn Express or USPS Express Mail. To ship to an APO/AFO address we have to ship USPS priority mail, and the signature is obtained using a postal service domestic return receipt.
No, we do not ship orders COD.
You may pick up your order at FedEX and Airborn locations. You must specify this when placing your order.
We use FedEX "Express" or USPS "Priority Mail" large envelopes. The outside of all the domestic orders are discreetly labeled with no mention of "Pharmacy" or "Drugs". International orders require customs documentation with every package. Larger orders may be shipped in plastic bubble wrap packages.
Yes. Any change of address after shipment will incur a $10.00 fee.
